We’re hiring for multiple specialized roles:

• Medical Records Retrieval Clerk
• Draft & send HIPAA requests
• Follow up with U.S. providers
• Organize & upload records in CMS
• Lien Negotiations Specialist
• Track medical liens & negotiate reductions
• Calculate final lien payoffs
• Case Manager
• Manage U.S. personal injury case workflow
• Review/index records, draft summaries
• Coordinate between Records & Lien teams
• Intake Specialist
• Conduct client interviews & gather HIPAA authorizations
• Log accurate data in CRM

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1+ year in BPO/KPO (U.S. legal, insurance, or healthcare preferred)
• Excellent English (spoken & written) for professional communication
• Strong MS Excel/Word skills (CMS/CRM a plus)
• Willing to work onsite U.S. shift, Mon–Fri
