About the Company:
Novita Healthcare is an Indore-based healthcare and consumer products company operating Pan India. Our well-known pharma brands like Fastac Range and CTZ Tablet are already established through franchise operations. We are now expanding our FMCG Division, offering a wide range of health, hygiene, and personal care products.

Position: Field Sales Representative / Sales Officer – FMCG Division
Location: Indore-based (Field Sales across assigned territory)
Job Type: Full-time | Field Work | Travel-based Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit retailers and distributors daily to promote FMCG products & Product Campaigning.
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
• Appoint and manage distributors in the assigned territory.
• Ensure product visibility and availability in the retail market.
• Handle order booking, supply follow-up, and payment collection.
• Share daily visit reports and market feedback with reporting head.
• Support marketing activities like product display and promotions.

Eligibility & Skills Required:

• Graduate (Any stream).
• Experience: 1–3 years in FMCG / Consumer Goods / Field Sales preferred.
• Freshers with good communication and confidence may also apply.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ready for extensive travel within assigned area.

Product Range Includes:

Hair Oil, Condom Range, Candy, Confessionary Products, Pain Relief Range (Pharma Product Range) etc.

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹15,000 – ₹21,030 per month (based on experience)
