Field Sales Representative

We are hiring a dynamic and target-driven Associate Sales Executive (ASE) to expand automobile merchant distribution and drive sustained usage of Innoviti’s digital payment products in Delhi. This is a field-based role responsible for merchant activation, repeat transactions, and overall GTV growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expand automobile merchant distribution across the assigned Delhi territory
• Increase product penetration among existing merchants
• Drive repeat usage and transaction frequency to grow GTV
• Identify low-performing or dormant merchants and execute revival strategies
• Implement sales schemes, programs, and local activation activities
• Support effective rollout of new product launches
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers

Candidate Profile:

• 2–5 years of total work experience
• Minimum 75% experience in automobile servicing & accessories sales
• Currently working as ASE / Team Lead
• Strong field sales and territory management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,585.71 - ₹400,000.00 per month
