Field Sales Representative

Main Responsibilities

1. Customer Acquisition & Registration

• Visit shops and retailers in your assigned area
• Explain the Disty platform and its benefits
• Help customers download and register on the app
• Convert visits into active users

2. Activation & Sales

• Help new customers place their first order
• Present products, prices, and offers clearly
• Explain how ordering and payments work
• Support customers in completing purchases

3. Customer Retention & Follow-Up

• Follow up with customers regularly
• Inform them about new offers and promotions
• Encourage repeat orders
• Build long-term relationships

4. On-Ground Customer Support

• Handle customer questions and complaints
• Help with order, delivery, and app issues
• Report technical or serious problems to the team
• Make sure customers are satisfied

5. Sales Records & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of visits, sales, and invoices
• Update customer information in the CRM system
• Submit daily and weekly activity reports

6. Market Awareness

• Monitor competitor activities and prices
• Stay updated on market trends and customer needs
• Share market insights with management

7. Product Presentation & Negotiation

• Present Disty’s services and features professionally
• Explain credit options and pricing
• Negotiate terms when needed to close deals

8. Collaboration & Feedback

• Work closely with marketing and operations teams
• Support campaigns and promotions
• Collect customer feedback and share it with product and management teams

Performance Targets

You will be evaluated based on:

• New customer registrations
• Number of active customers
• Sales volume and orders
• Customer retention
• Quality of reporting and follow-ups

Requirements

• High school diploma or higher (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
• Experience in field sales or B2B sales is preferred
• Good communication and persuasion skills
• Comfortable working on the ground
• Basic knowledge of mobile apps and smartphones
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Arabic is required, English is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼5,500.00 per month
