Field Sales Representative

Classification: Independent Contractor (1099)
Compensation: Commission + Bonuses (Uncapped)

About the Role

Brighter Day Services is hiring Field Sales Representatives to generate new business through door-to-door residential outreach and business-to-business sales.

This role is performance-based and designed for individuals who are confident, driven, and comfortable engaging with people in person.

You will be responsible for generating leads, closing service jobs, securing recurring contracts, and representing the company in your assigned territory.

What You'll Do

Residential Sales

• Canvass neighborhoods and promote services
• Close same-day or next-day cleaning jobs
• Educate customers on service packages and add-ons

Commercial Sales

• Visit businesses such as offices, salons, retail locations, and property managers
• Present recurring service options and proposals
• Build relationships with decision-makers
• Follow up and close deals

Territory & Activity

• Work assigned zones and maintain consistent outreach
• Track daily activity including visits and conversations
• Report leads and closed deals through company systems

Compensation Structure

Residential Commission

Commercial Commission

Recurring Contract Earnings

• $25 per month per active contract
• $75 renewal bonus for long-term contracts

Weekly Activity Bonuses

Weekly Close Bonus

Fast Close Bonus

• Same-day close: +$10 per job
• 24-hour close: +$5 per job

Performance Accelerator

• When $3,000 or more in weekly revenue is reached, earn an additional 2% on all deals for that week

Weekend Boost

• Friday and Saturday deals earn an additional 2% commission

Earning Potential

• Uncapped income

Qualifications

Required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence approaching customers in person
• Self-motivated and goal-driven
• Ability to work independently

Preferred

• Experience in outside sales or direct sales
• Experience in service-based sales
• Strong resilience and consistency
