Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Field Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will have experience in the automotive and industrial lubricants sector, with a strong ability to build relationships, drive sales, and provide technical support to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell a wide range of automotive and industrial oils to both new and existing clients across various industries.
- Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term customer relationships to expand market presence and increase revenue.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets through strategic planning and effective sales techniques.
- Provide expert technical consultation to clients, offering guidance on product selection, application, and best-use practices.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in field sales, preferably within automotive or industrial oil products.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand and explain technical product information.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.
