Talentiser has been mandated to hire a SDR for a fast-growing SaaS company in the childcare tech space, helping nurseries, preschools, and childcare chains streamline operations and improve parent engagement. As they scale across the UAE, they are strengthening their on-ground sales presence to support market expansion and customer acquisition.
Location: UAE (On-field role)
Compensation: Fixed pay + performance incentives
Reporting to: Senior Business Development Manager
Role overview
This is a field-first sales role with 70% on-ground visits and 30% follow-ups and account farming. You will work closely with a Senior BDM to support in-person meetings, demos, relationship building, and deal movement. Strategic deal ownership and closures will be handled by the BDM.
Key responsibilities
Who should apply
1–4 years of field or outside sales experience
Comfortable being on the field most working days
Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
Valid UAE driving license
Valid Work Visa
