Locations: Gujranwala, Gujrat, Sialkot

About the Role

Scaleup Connect is hiring Field Sales Representatives for a client to focus on driving EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) and installer sales of solar products. The role includes field visits, client relationship development, coordination with distributors, and structured sales reporting across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage EPC and installer sales within assigned territories
• Build and sustain strong relationships with EPC clients and installer networks
• Drive market development, client conversion, and lead generation activities
• Track sales indicators (SI, SO, ST) and submit weekly sales reports
• Coordinate with logistics, distributors, and technical teams for order execution
• Maintain CRM entries, track sales pipeline, and ensure proper account documentation
• Support the achievement of territory revenue and sales targets
• Identify and onboard new installer partners to expand the network of channel partners

Mandatory Skills

• Proven experience in field sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with CRM and sales reporting tools
• Exposure to the EPC segment (preferred)
• Excellent relationship management and follow-up skills
• Ability to handle client inquiries and issues effectively

Tools & Software

• Basic proficiency in CRM platforms
• MS Excel for reporting and tracking
• WhatsApp and other field communication tools

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

Experience

• 1–3 years of relevant field experience
• Prior experience in Energy/EPC sectors (preferred)
