Field Sales – Channel Partner Executive (SaaS Sales)
Role: Acquire and manage channel partners who can resell, distribute, or integrate our SaaS solutions in their regional markets, driving recurring revenue and product adoption.
Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard, and activate channel partners (agencies, consultants, IT resellers, system integrators).
- Pitch the SaaS product’s value, demo capabilities, and explain ROI to partners.
- Drive monthly subscription sales, renewals, and usage across partner accounts.
- Equip partners with sales kits, product training, pricing plans, and use-case playbooks.
- Support partners in closing deals through joint visits, demos, and proposal support.
- Ensure CRM hygiene, track pipeline, and report partner performance.
- Monitor market trends, competitor SaaS offerings, and partner feedback.
Skills
- Strong SaaS sales understanding (subscriptions, demos, ROI selling).
- Ability to communicate technical value in simple business terms.
- Proven experience in partner acquisition and relationship management.
- Target-driven, field-focused, and comfortable with travel.

- Partner onboarding & activation
- Monthly recurring revenue (MRR) through partners
- Lead-to-demo-to-close ratio
- Renewals & retention through partner network
Experience
- 1–5 years in SaaS sales, channel sales, or B2B tech sales.

Pay: ₹11,791.14 - ₹32,520.75 per month
