Field Service Compliance Manager Summary:

Perform daily tasks to ensure quality, environmental, fleet, and safety policies are followed and in compliance with local, state and federal regulations. Provide auditing to ensure policies are implemented and followed and report discrepancies.

Field Service Compliance Manager Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the Development and implementation of all Quality Programs specifically ISO.
• Assist with the implementation of quality control checklists for field services.
• Monitor Calibration records for all field service testers.
• Ensure DOT compliance and Fleet management.
• Annual truck inspections.
• Annual Driver reviews.
• Develop site safety plans and trainings.
• Oversee all waste generation and disposal activities for field services.
• Perform audits to ensure environmental policies and permits are followed and report deficiencies.
• Sustainability tracking for field service employees.

Requirements:

Field Service Compliance Manager Qualifications

• Ability to pass a pre-employment DOT drug screen, and physical.
• Complete a satisfactory nationwide criminal background check.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Field Service Compliance Manager Education and or Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED REQUIRED.
• Safety Knowledge and background required.
• Knowledge of DOT Rules and Regulations.
• Substation knowledge preferred.
• Military experience is a plus.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

OSHA 30 Preferred.

ISO 9001 & 14001 quality system knowledge desired.
