We seek a highly motivated Field Service Crew Member for our Service Company. The crew members work with single or multiple crews by providing excellent on-the-job installation, maintenance, and repair for our customers’ industrial equipment. This position requires flexibility, hands-on mechanical skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.
This position requires the ability to work 12-hour shifts and be available to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and emergency responses, as needed for current and future projects. Must be willing to be in the office when not traveling.
Must be willing to travel 75% of the time. Most travel is domestic.
What you will do
  • Travel nationwide with a team to perform equipment installations and repairs.
  • Assist in troubleshooting, maintenance, and assembly of industrial machinery.
  • Follow all company safety protocols and OSHA standards.
  • Work collaboratively with crew members and supervisors to meet project timelines.
What you bring
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar or related job, consistent managerial background
  • Passion to work on challenging, hands-on projects
  • Must have a solid mechanical aptitude and have the ability to read, understand, and interpret contract documents, customer requests, and have a strong understanding of industrial estimations and jobs
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Reliable & punctual
  • Basic math skills include using mathematical techniques to calculate data or solve practical problems related to this position.
  • Physical & mental ability to gather and interpret data related to specifications, customer and engineering requirements, manufacturing operations, etc.
  • Must possess high interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Safety & Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to obtain a DOT medical card and wear a respirator
  • Must be able to hear safety alarms, climb a ladder, lift 50 pounds, and wear safety boots
  • Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a pre-employment physical and drug screening.
