Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our client's team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a well-established network within the oil & gas, utility, and petrochemical industries. Candidates must have experience in selling utility or package boilers with a minimum capacity of 50-60 TPH.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in oil & gas, utilities, and petrochemical companies.
- Promote and sell the company’s services and technology solutions, aligning offerings with customer needs.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals successfully.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
- Work closely with engineering and project teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies.
- Participate in field managed work, maintenance agreements, and business development with guidance from in-country managers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 3-7 years of experience in sales, business development, or technical sales within the oil & gas, utilities, or petrochemical sectors.
- Experience in selling utility or package boilers with a minimum capacity of 50-60 TPH is required.
- Strong technical knowledge of industrial services, engineering solutions, or related technologies.
- Proven sales track record and ability to develop long-term customer relationships.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written); Arabic is a plus.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Well-established network within the Saudi Arabian industrial sector.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
