Field Service Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking motivated and skilled Field Service Engineers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in installing, inspecting, testing, and servicing our advanced lithium battery systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of lithium battery systems.
• Conduct diagnostic testing and post-service verification to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, providing effective solutions.
• Maintain detailed service reports and documentation.
• Provide technical support and training to clients.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: A qualification in ITI, Polytechnic.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in battery servicing, inspection, or testing.
• Technical Skills: Experience with battery diagnostic tools (e.g., multimeters, load testers) and understanding of key metrics like State of Charge (SOC) and voltage.
