Job Description:

Fortunes Enterprises is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing on-site technical service, installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment at various customer locations. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to service requests and service calls at customer sites.
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment and machinery efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Install, test, and configure new equipment as required by the company and customer needs.
• Provide technical support and training.
• Manage inventory and tools carried on the field service vehicle.
• Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with the technical team and share information to improve service quality.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Field Service Technician in a relevant industry.
• Must own and use a two-wheeler vehicle for daily travel to service locations.
• Strong electrical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer interaction.
• Physically fit to handle equipment and work in various environments.
• Valid driver’s license and good knowledge of local routes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical certification or diploma in a relevant field.
• Familiarity with mobile tools and service automation software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
