Overview
Travel to customer sites to inspect, install, commission, test, calibrate, upgrade, repair, and refurbish ARM/NOV equipment/products.
Responsibilities
- Travel to customer sites to inspect, install, commission, test, calibrate, upgrade, repair, and refurbish ARM/NOV equipment/products.
- Interface with relevant departments to obtain a thorough understanding of NOV products and how they are safely operated, tested and calibrated.
- Perform field upgrades of software and electrical hardware using correct and current software and hardware control protocols.
- Prepare service reports and ARM/NOV documents/procedures at the end of the job and summarize the performed work to the customer.
- Train customers on the safe and proper operation of these products.
- Investigate reported equipment/product problems/NCRs and initiate corrective action.
- Conduct field operational analysis and surveys, creating reports recommending improvements and optimization of existing and future equipment/products.
- Provide information, reports, feedback, and redline drawings to customers and ARM/NOV departments so records of actions are understood and maintained.
- Complete and submit field service documentation in a timely manner.
- Participate in NCR investigations.
- Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
- Establish and maintain a good relationship with clients, suppliers, and ARM/NOV global team members.
- Comply with all ARM/NOV QA and HSE policies and procedures.
Education/Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent

- Minimum 5 years' experience.
