The Field Service Engineer at Videojet Technologies plays a key and vital role in supporting our Customers and ensuring that our ‘Up Time Peace of Mind’ goal is achieved. They are responsible for installing, repairing, and servicing the range of Videojet Equipment. The position will be located in Istanbul, Turkiye.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Install and commission new Videojet solutions

• Maintain and Service our customers’ installed base of Videojet equipment

• Work closely with sales to support Videojet trials and demonstrations

• Maintain and grow customer relationships through excellent customer service and communication.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Field Service Experience at customer sites or remotely via phone

• Experienced within 2-3 years the marking and coding industry, industrial automation or related industry

• Experienced within automation / PLC communication

• Demonstrated success in overachieving on personal targets

• Preferably fluent in written and spoken English

• Willingness to travel within the Turkiye

Videojet Technologies’teki Saha Servis Mühendisi, Müşterilerimizi desteklemede ve “Kesintisiz Çalışma Güvencesi” hedefimizin gerçekleşmesini sağlamada kritik bir rol oynar. Videojet ekipmanlarının kurulumu, onarımı ve servisiyle sorumludur. Pozisyon İstanbul, Türkiye’de olacaktır.

Bu rolde tipik bir gün şöyle görünecek:

Yeni Videojet çözümlerini kurmak ve devreye almak
Müşterilerimizin mevcut Videojet ekipmanlarını bakım ve servis etmek
Satış ekibiyle yakın çalışarak Videojet denemelerini ve gösterimlerini desteklemek
Mükemmel müşteri hizmeti ve iletişimle müşteri ilişkilerini sürdürmek ve geliştirmek

İşin temel gereklilikleri:

Müşteri sahasında veya telefonla saha servis deneyimi
2-3 yıl markalama ve kodlama endüstrisi, endüstriyel otomasyon veya ilgili sektörde deneyim
Otomasyon / PLC iletişiminde deneyim
Kişisel hedeflerde başarıyla beklentileri aşmış olmak
Tercihen yazılı ve sözlü İngilizceye hâkim olmak
Türkiye içinde seyahat etmeye istekli olmak
