Position: Field Service Engineer
Specialization: LV Switchgear, Synchronization Panels, AMF/ATS Panels, VFD Panels
Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years
Salary: AED 3,500 + Accommodation + Visa + Medical + Insurance + SIM

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Field Service Engineer to join our technical team. The ideal candidate must have strong hands‑on expertise in LV Switchgear, Synchronization Panels, AMF/ATS Panels, and VFD Panels, with a proven track record in field service, troubleshooting, and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Conduct installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of LV Switchgear, Sync Panels, AMF/ATS Panels, and VFD Panels.
• Perform diagnostic tests, identify faults, and implement effective corrective actions.
• Provide technical support and operational guidance to customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of service issues.
• Prepare detailed service reports, including findings, corrective measures, and recommendations.
• Follow all safety standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements during field activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant field service experience.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring diagrams, schematics, and troubleshooting methods.
• Proficiency in diagnostic tools and electrical testing equipment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and adapt to dynamic field conditions.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
