Field Service Engineer – CNC Machinery (UAE-Wide)

Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain CNC machinery and automation systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults.
• Provide on-site technical support and training to clients.
• Recommend system upgrades and spare parts for improved performance.
• Ensure timely completion of service calls and maintain accurate service reports.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in CNC machinery field service or maintenance.
• Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills (PLC experience is a plus).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
