You will be responsible for field service delivery , ensuring critical customer-facing activities are executed in-line and linked to business performance. The goal is to drive successful outcomes and increase favourable ratings from our customers.

Core Support: Service, maintain, and provide technical support for Field Instruments.

Industry Breadth: Engage with FMCG and process industries like Oil & Gas, Power, and Petro-chemicals.

Reliability: Develop preventive maintenance plans, conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and resolve long-term instrumentation asset concerns.

Urgent Care: Attend to emergency technical support requirements for corrective maintenance.

Consulting: Advise and recommend equipment and designs for process control and data acquisition systems.

Standards: Ensure complete adherence to internal processes and procedures.

Reporting: Document activities to maintain and improve the data repertory in our information management systems.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably in Electronics or Mechatronics.

Experience: 2–3 years of experience in the installation, troubleshooting, and calibration of industrial instrumentation systems.

Communication: Command of English to effectively communicate with customers and foreign OEMs.

Leadership: Proven ability to work independently and lead teams of technicians.

Tech Savvy: Good computer skills and an ability to understand automation technologies.
