Field Service Engineer (Males Only)

Education: DAE/ B-Tech (Electronic/ Mechanical/ IT)

Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in servicing photocopiers, printers, or similar machines (Fresher’s with strong technical aptitude may also be considered).

Requirements:

• Good understanding of mechanical systems and basic knowledge of electronics.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer interaction skills.
• Must be willing to travel daily for on-site service jobs.
• Must have own conveyance with valid driving license.

Responsibilities:

• Perform on-site service, maintenance, and repairs of photocopier machines at customer premises.
• Diagnose mechanical and minor electrical faults in photocopiers and multi-function printers.
• Replace worn or faulty parts such as rollers, gears, belts, and toner units.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid machine breakdowns.
• Test and ensure full functionality of machines after repairs.
• Maintain detailed service records and provide timely reports to the service coordinator.
• Maintain a professional and customer-friendly attitude during service calls.
• Provide basic training to customers on operating and maintaining the machines.
• Ensure timely response to service requests and follow-up support.

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
