Service Manager – Desert Hot TubsPosition Overview
Desert Hot Tubs is seeking a hands-on, responsive Service Manager to lead our service department and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction. The Service Manager oversees daily operations, supervises and supports technicians, manages scheduling, and ensures all hot tub service needs are met efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee daily operations of the service department, including scheduling, dispatch, and workflow management
· Supervise, train, and support service technicians
· Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests
· Conduct quality checks on completed service jobs and drive process improvements
· Coordinate with sales and showroom teams for a seamless customer experience
· Manage inventory of parts and supplies, placing timely orders as needed
· Track and report on service metrics (response time, completion rates, customer feedback)
· Enforce safety protocols and compliance with company/manufacturer standards
· Handle warranty claims and coordinate with manufacturers
· Maintain accurate service records and documentation
· Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new service team members
· Foster a positive, accountable team culture focused on responsiveness
Qualifications
· Experience in service management or supervisory role (hot tub, pool, or similar industry preferred)
· Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
· Technical knowledge of hot tub systems and troubleshooting (preferred)
· Customer service mindset with a commitment to quality and responsiveness
· Proficiency in scheduling, inventory, and service management software
Compensation
· Base Salary: $1,550 per week with growth potential based on experience
· Bonus/Commission: Eligible for performance-based bonuses
