Supervise and manage field personnel, crews, and service teams across multiple job sites.

Plan, schedule, and coordinate field activities, including manpower, equipment, and materials allocation.

Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

Monitor daily field operations to maintain productivity, quality, and adherence to project timelines.

Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and office staff to align field execution with project scope and budget.

Conduct site visits, inspections, and performance evaluations of crews and subcontractors.

Troubleshoot field issues and implement timely solutions to minimize project delays.

Document field activities, including daily reports, time tracking, and job progress updates.

Train, mentor, and develop field staff to enhance performance and support career growth.

Enforce company standards for workmanship, safety, and professionalism on all job sites.

Assist with equipment management, maintenance scheduling, and resource allocation.

Serve as a point of contact for clients on job sites as needed.

High school diploma required; associate or bachelors degree in construction management or a related field preferred.

510+ years of field experience in construction, industrial services, or concrete work.

25+ years in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, equipment, safety practices, and field operations.

Familiarity with OSHA regulations; OSHA certification preferred.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.

Proficiency with basic technology, including tablets, field reporting software, and scheduling tools.
