About the Role

Helps to provide technical assistance services to final customers ensuring the correct use of Tenaris Premium Connections. Checks and follows up on the feedback gathered from the field about product performance and general on-field information valuable for Tenaris.



Main Responsibilities



  • Ensures the correct use of TenarisHydril recommended practices, controlling and ensuring well site preparations and running, and well site repairing of Tenaris Premium Connections, preventing potential problems and incidents maximizing a safer and efficient installation of our products.
  • Provides technical support and directly liaising with customer representative to assure the product is installed in the most efficient manner allowing the product to perform to its optimum design potential.

  • Provides Tenaris general overview to customer's representative at rig site using our internet sites and info and any other specific one applicable for the operation or region visited. Responsible to ask to customer's representative about Tenaris perception (product and services) to identify potential areas to improve.
  • Responsible for updated self-training and knowledge on Tenaris Standards and procedures according to FISE training curricula.
  • Responsible for service report fulfilment same in timely fashion both hardcopy and electronically (running assistance report, miscellaneous, log time, inspection, service ticket and specific as dopeless and visit ones)
  • Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.




Requirements:


Education: University degree, preferably in Engineering.

Experience: A minimum of 6 years of experience in the oil and gas industry or a similar role




Business Management
Willing to learn the business manufacturing process, its context and its future evolution : constant updating of his supervisor and conduction of the necessary reporting.

Client Focus
Ability to understand and respond to internal clients’ needs and problems by innovating workarounds to minimize the down time and optimize the workflow.

Professional Expertise
Mastery, application and updating of technical and professional competencies of own unit. Ability to build professional networks.
