What You Will Do:

• Conduct site surveys, material estimates, and develop general P&ID drawings and material take-offs for Nalco technology installations prior to customer approval (MOC).
• Assist the Technical Consultant in providing technical training to customers related to Nalco equipment.
• Perform testing and commissioning of Nalco equipment and oversee the warranty period post-sale.
• Execute preventive maintenance and scheduled calibration of Nalco equipment.
• Repair and troubleshoot Nalco equipment, including online analyzers and chemical injection packages at customer sites.
• Coordinate with Nalco subcontractors for the implementation of Nalco equipment installations, including status reporting on projects.
• Review designs, drawings, materials, and equipment before executing Nalco projects.
• Assist local teams in selecting appropriate pumps and assessing chemical compatibility related to applications.
• Handle wiring and cable termination for electrical panels as necessary, including testing and commissioning.
• Apply knowledge of chemical treatment equipment, piping, fittings, and pump skid accessories.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Preferred bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with low voltage electrical equipment, panel boards, control systems, PLC, HMI, and troubleshooting of water treatment equipment.
• Solid experience in field service, installation, and startup activities within water treatment or wastewater contexts.
• Familiarity with electrical control panel drawings, P&ID, PFD drawings, and root cause analysis for recurrent failures.
• Valid Egyptian driving license is required.
• Willingness to travel to various locations within Egypt.
• AutoCAD and CMMS experience is preferred.

Candidates should be based in Alexandria, as the role involves frequent visits to customer sites and field-based work.
