What You Will Do:

Conduct site surveys, material estimates, and develop general P&ID drawings and material take-offs for Nalco technology installations prior to customer approval (MOC).

Assist the Technical Consultant in providing technical training to customers related to Nalco equipment.

Perform testing and commissioning of Nalco equipment and oversee the warranty period post-sale.

Execute preventive maintenance and scheduled calibration of Nalco equipment.
-
Repair and troubleshoot Nalco equipment, including online analyzers and chemical injection packages at customer sites.

Coordinate with Nalco subcontractors for the implementation of Nalco equipment installations, including status reporting on projects.

Review designs, drawings, materials, and equipment before executing Nalco projects.

Assist local teams in selecting appropriate pumps and assessing chemical compatibility related to applications.

Handle wiring and cable termination for electrical panels as necessary, including testing and commissioning.

Apply knowledge of chemical treatment equipment, piping, fittings, and pump skid accessories.
Minimum Qualifications:

Preferred bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience with low voltage electrical equipment, panel boards, control systems, PLC, HMI, and troubleshooting of water treatment equipment.

Solid experience in field service, installation, and startup activities within water treatment or wastewater contexts.

Familiarity with electrical control panel drawings, P&ID, PFD drawings, and root cause analysis for recurrent failures.

Valid Egyptian driving license is required.

Willingness to travel to various locations within Egypt.

AutoCAD and CMMS experience is preferred.

Candidates should be based in Alexandria, as the role involves frequent visits to customer sites and field-based work.
