Field Service Representative – Beauty & Hair Care (Retail Stores)

We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Field Service Representative to represent top skincare and haircare brands at various retailers. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring brand presence, checking inventory levels, engaging with customers, conducting product demonstrations, and supporting retail sales associates through training and education.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about beauty, skincare, customer engagement, and driving sales while building relationships with retail staff and customers.

Mileage will be reimbursed as well as tolls. Must have reliable transportation.

Key Responsibilities:

Merchandising & Inventory Management

• Ensure product availability by monitoring stock levels and replenishing displays.
• Maintain brand presence with attractive, well-organized merchandising.
• Report inventory needs to the appropriate teams.

Customer Engagement & Sales Support

• Educate customers on skincare product benefits, including proper use and styling techniques.
• Conduct live product demonstrations
• Provide samples to drive brand awareness.
• Lead in-store activations, demos, and special beauty & hair care events.

Training & Relationship Building

• Train retail sales associates on skincare product features, benefits, and selling techniques.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and staff.
• Serve as the go-to brand expert for skincare in retail settings.

Event Execution & Brand Promotion

• Organize and execute in-store brand events, including skincare product launches, and seasonal promotions.
• Partner with retail teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Gather feedback from customers and staff to provide insights for brand improvements.

What We’re Looking For:

Passionate about beauty and skincare
Strong communication & sales skills – confident in engaging with customers and training store associates
Self-motivated & proactive – able to work independently and manage multiple locations
Retail experience preferred – especially in beauty, cosmetics, skincare or department store settings
Reliable transportation required – must be comfortable traveling between stores
