Korn Ferry Military Division has partnered with our client on their search for a Field Service Technician based out of Dallas TX.
This is a Higher Travel role (50%, both domestic and international)
Compensation: $28.00-31.00/hour + OT (up to $80,000/year)
Travel: up to 50%, domestic and international
What You Will Do:
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain power conversion units. This is a customer-facing, mission-critical role, highly rewarding for those who thrive in dynamic environments. Will report to the Global Customer Service Manager.

Respond to customer service requests by phone, email and on-site.

Travel domestically and internationally to troubleshoot, start up, and repair systems.
Education and Work Experience:

Must have at least 4 years of Active Duty US Military experience

2+ years experience with 3-phase power systems (military backgrounds in aircraft, shipboard power, radar, avionics, or AGE strongly align)

Associate degree in electronics, or Equivalent military electronics/electrical training (Air Force AGE, Navy Electricians, Army Aviation Electronics, Marine Corps Avionics, Coast Guard Electrical/Engineering)

Ability to read and apply electrical schematics for troubleshooting

Strong adaptability and willingness to travel (up to 50%, domestic and international)

Valid driver’s license and U.S. passport
