Field Service Technician

An award winning "Employer of Excellence", we are an industry leader in the sales and service of coin, currency and check handling equipment to the banking, casino and retail markets throughout Minnesota, the Dakotas and Montana. We are currently seeking a qualified Field Service Technician / Technical Support Representative based in North Central Montana to provide technical field service support in the greater Northern Montana area.

Duties include:

* Providing first line field support for our products at various customer locations.

* Perform routine scheduled maintenance on a regular basis.

* Assist with installation of new equipment.

Experience with NCR ATMs is highly preferred, and Triton/Hyosung ATM knowledge would be helpful. Additional knowledge of computer hardware and software, as well as basic networking principles is also desired. Additional experience with basic electronics and electro-mechanical systems is also preferred. Must be a self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision. Depending on certain qualifications, we would be willing to train the right person.

Hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday, with the possibility of some occasional overnight travel. Occasional outdoor work will be needed from time to time.

Compensation is dependent on qualifications and includes an hourly base wage, additional commission and referral opportunities, occasional overtime, quarterly performance bonuses, an annual company bonus, and a company profit sharing plan. A company vehicle, computer, and cell phone will also be provided.

Pay: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour
