Field Service Engineer - HVAC

MAICO Gulf a part of Hira Holdings is seeking a skilled and proactive After Sales Service Engineer to support our growing operations across the GCC region. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of MAICO ventilation products and air-side distribution systems, with the ability to manage field technicians and independently handle on-site service requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide after-sales technical support for MAICO ventilation products and air-side distribution products across the GCC region.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues at project sites.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, testing, and commissioning when required.
• Supervise and coordinate service technicians to ensure timely and quality execution of work.
• Provide technical guidance and training to technicians and clients when necessary.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure prompt resolution.
• Prepare service reports, technical documentation, and root cause analysis reports.
• Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for warranty claims and product feedback.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during field operations.
• Travel within GCC countries as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Strong technical knowledge of ventiliation products and air-side distribution systems (diffusers, dampers, grilles, VAVs, etc.).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in after-sales service within HVAC or ventilation industry.
• Experience in handling, supervising field technicians and carring the task if required.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the GCC region.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and reporting skills in English.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
