Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of appliances, HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and related mechanical equipment.
• Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams to accurately diagnose issues.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to optimize equipment performance and longevity.
• Utilize your HVAC/R expertise to service air conditioning units, refrigeration systems, and other climate control equipment.
• Lead on-site technical repairs with professionalism, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
• Communicate clearly with customers about repairs needed, timelines, and maintenance recommendations.
• Maintain detailed service records, work logs, and reports for each job performed.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a service technician with a focus on appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, or refrigeration.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical diagrams effectively.
• Hands-on experience in equipment repair and maintenance across construction or industrial settings is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems—including air conditioning units—and refrigeration technology is essential.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide customers through technical solutions confidently.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues efficiently using diagnostic tools.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; willingness to travel locally for service calls. Preferred qualifications include experience in appliance repair or HVAC/R certifications, familiarity with schematics and electrical wiring, construction background, and strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients. Pay: $27.48 - $33.10 per hour
