Part-time On-site Service Personnel (Air Conditioners)

Earn on your schedule , deliver professional AC installation, cleaning, and relocation services right in your community.

Location: Lahore, Bahria Town & surrounding areas (preferred)

Type: Part-time / Flexible Hours

Experience 1+ Year in AC Installation or Cleaning

Education High School Diploma or above

Requirement Own transportation (motorcycle or car) is mandatory

WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS

This is a flexible, field-based role for skilled individuals who want to earn on their own terms. You'll represent our brand at customers' homes, delivering reliable and professional AC services that build real community trust.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Perform on-site AC installation, deep-cleaning, relocation, and basic servicing at customer homes.
• Inspect the unit upon arrival, diagnose visible issues, and walk the customer through findings before starting work.
• Follow standard operating procedures to ensure safe, high-quality service every time.
• Clean up after every job and obtain customer sign-off on completed work.
• Communicate clearly and politely , answer questions about AC usage, care, and maintenance.
• Manage your personal tools and equipment responsibly , report damage or loss promptly.
• Complete service reports accurately, record parts used, and submit paperwork on time.
• Cooperate with the company during quality checks and customer satisfaction follow-ups.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least 1 year of experience in AC installation, cleaning, or related field service.
• Own motorcycle or car , this is a non-negotiable requirement for the role.
• Good communication skills and a professional, friendly attitude with customers.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently in the field.
• Able to work weekends and holidays when required.
• Age 18–35, physically fit for on-site and elevated work.
• Living near Bahria Town is a strong advantage.
