Field Service Technician
Parish Tractor is looking for a motivated and dependable Field Service Technician to join our Robertsdale, AL team! If you are ambitious and looking for a great opportunity, we would love to connect with you. This position performs basic diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance work on customers and/or dealer-owned agricultural and turf equipment.
Responsibilities include performing basic diagnostics and repairs on agricultural and turf equipment to include diagnosing technical problems, replacing malfunction components, upgrading systems for efficiency, running equipment tests to ensure stability, and adhering to the company’s safety standards.
Continuous education by participating in Service EDUCATE Training programs is required for the development of skills and knowledge and maintain current knowledge of Kubota Equipment and allied products.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Must have an adequate tool set to perform job responsibilities (special tools provided)
- Experience in communicating effectively verbally and in writing.
- Experience with basic computer functions.
- Valid driver's license required. Medical card for DOT purposes will be required.
- Able to work overtime and on Saturdays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years related experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
- Position required prolonged periods of standing and short periods of working in slightly awkward positions.
