Field Service Technician-İzmir

As a service technician, do you enjoy having a team of colleagues that looks after your daily planning, makes sure the right spare parts you need are delivered on time and supports you remotely when you are facing more complex technical issues?

We are looking for 2 technicians who loves to work autonomously in a diversity of companies for Izmir Region. Do you enjoy travelling to different customers in your dedicated region? You can start your day from home and drive to the customer with a company vehicle fully equipped with safe and rock-solid tools.

Our customers have a range of different types of compressors with a variety of technologies (from mechanical, electronic to Internet Of Things and complex control mechanisms) allowing you to grow in techniques and specializations based on your interests and experience. Your mission as the Field Service Technician is to provide expert repair services for our technology solutions, delivering unmatched customer satisfaction and upholding the highest standards of safety. You are committed to ensuring the performance and longevity of your customers technology through your expertise. Your work is important for supporting the operational success and technological advancement of industries relying on these technologies.

You will

• Report into the Service Team Leader.
• Conduct planned and ad hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair various technical systems. You will also diagnose any issues to prevent equipment downtime.
• Perform installations, ensure safety compliance, and document activities.
• Be the on-site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.

Job location

You will be part of our customer center in Izmir. You will join a dynamic field service team, working remotely and spending a significant amount of time traveling to visit customers within your designated area, Turkey.
