What You’ll Do

  • Install and commission bio/reactors, process skids, GMP washers, CIP/SIP systems
  • Support factory assembly and testing in Europe, then bring systems to life on-site
  • Troubleshoot and optimize systems to ensure maximum uptime
  • Perform maintenance, upgrades, and calibrations across customer sites
  • Train customer teams on operation and maintenance
  • Collaborate closely with back offices in the U.S. and in Europe
  • Ensure compliance with GMP and pharma standards

✈️ Travel: Up to 80% (international trips are 2–3 weeks, 2–3 times per year)


Who You Are

You’re not just looking for a job, you want to build and grow.

  • 3+ years’ experience in pharma/biopharma equipment installation or service
  • Strong mechanical and electrical skills (PLC/automation is a plus)
  • Hands-on, solution-oriented, and comfortable working independently
  • Clear communicator with strong customer focus
  • Open to international travel and cross-cultural collaboration
  • Energized by a small company environment: flexible, proactive, and accountable


What You Bring

  • Technical training (Mechatronics, Electromechanics, Process Tech, or similar)
  • Experience with PLCs, HMIs, and industrial systems
  • Understanding of GMP/FDA environments (preferred)
  • Ability to function as a hands-off HSE lead in large projects is a significant plus
  • Valid driver’s license and passport
  • Ability to travel extensively
  • Based in the Eastern U.S. (ideally near a major airport)
  • Must pass background check
