What You Will Do
- To troubleshoot company products and provide technical support to internal and external customers
- To undertake the servicing, repairing and preventive maintenance of company products to the required standards ensuring all related procedures are followed
- To undertake the testing of company products and provide fully completed test and service reports
- To perform installation, setup and upgrades on company products as required.
- To fulfil Service Contracts with planned Preventive Maintenance visits.
- To ensure timely follow-up on all tickets / work orders
- To work with the appropriate support functions as well as the customers to schedule customer visits
- To elevate opportunities and issues, through appropriate channels and stay up to date on compliance and legal aspects related to his / her job on an ongoing basis.
What You Will Need Required
- Engineering background (Electrical / Electronic or Mechanical Preferred. Biomedical, Telecommunications, accepted)
- Fluency in both spoken and written (technical and medical) English and local language
- 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- Computer skills / literacy
Preferred
- Basic IP Networking knowledge
