This position works as part of a field crew, including pulling unit operations, and assists in troubleshooting equipment issues, monitoring well performance, and preparing basic technical documentation. The Field Specialist I is expected to follow strict HSE standards, company policies, and client site requirements at all times. The role requires physical readiness for field conditions (onshore/offshore), strong teamwork capability, and the ability to support both field operations and workshop activities in Cairo, including equipment preparation and dispatch. Continuous development of technical knowledge in artificial lift systems is expected as part of career progression.

Responsibilities

• Install artificial lift systems and surface equipment.
• Working as part of team in the pulling unit.
• Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and recommend corrective actions.
• Work in the workshop in Cairo and despatch the equipment
• Monitor well performance and analyze production data.
• Prepare technical reports and performance summaries.
• Communicate with supervisors and clients.
• Follow company and site safety procedures strictly.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and company policies.

Skills

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Physical fitness and ability to work in harsh environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication skills and teamwork ability.
• Good English language skills (written and spoken).

Qualifications

• High school or Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• 0 - 3 Years of Experience
• Basic understanding of artificial lift systems will be advantage
• Basic understanding of HSE standards will be advantage
• Willingness to work in field locations (onshore/offshore).
• Have ability to live in Cairo
