Field Supervisor

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Field Supervisor to manage and oversee field operations in Jeddah. The role ensures accurate data collection, strong vendor compliance, and smooth execution of field projects

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage daily field operations in Jeddah

Ensure high-quality and accurate data collection aligned with SOPs

Coordinate with Field Managers to resolve on-ground issues

Conduct field visits and surprise QC checks on vendors and teams

Manage vendor recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation

Ensure timely submission of reports, documentation, and field data

Handle field budgets, logistics, travel, and operational arrangements

Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure continuous improvement

Prepare and process vendor expense reports and approvals

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field

2–3 years of experience in field operations or data collection

Strong knowledge of vendor management and quality control

Experience with reporting tools and field coordination

Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced field environment

Pay: Rs4,000.00 - Rs7,000.00 per month
