Job Description – Field Supervisor (Tenders & Site Work)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Field Supervisor to oversee and manage on-site activities for our ongoing and upcoming tenders/projects in Chandigarh, Punjab and Haryana. The role requires hands-on supervision of, vendor coordination, manpower handling, Public dealing, leadership skills and ensuring timely completion of work as per company and tender requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day field operations at project sites.
• Ensure work execution as per tender specifications, safety standards, and quality parameters.
• Manage and allocate manpower efficiently across sites.
• Coordinate with team, public officers, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of work
• Maintain daily progress reports, work logs, and submit regular updates to management.
• Inspect and verify work done against tender requirements and drawings.
• Handle on-site issues and provide quick solutions to avoid project delays.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams for smooth execution of projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience as a Field Supervisor / Site Supervisor (preferably in field work, or tender-based projects).
• Strong knowledge of site management, manpower handling and tender documentation.
• Ability to lead field teams and manage multiple sites simultaneously.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in preparing site reports and maintaining documentation.
• Willingness to travel within Mohali, Chandigarh, and Zirakpur.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
