Field Supervisor – Solar

Job Summary

We are looking for a technically proficient Field Supervisor – Solar to lead our on-site installation teams. You will be responsible for ensuring that solar projects are executed safely, on schedule, and in strict accordance with engineering designs and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Supervision: Lead and coordinate teams of technicians and installers during the deployment of solar PV systems.
• Technical Oversight: Interpret SLDs (Single Line Diagrams) and structural layouts to ensure precise installation of modules, inverters, and BOS (Balance of System) components.
• Commissioning: Oversee the testing and commissioning of solar plants, including string testing, insulation resistance, and grid synchronization.
• Inventory Management: Manage on-site materials (panels, mounting structures, cables) to prevent delays and minimize waste.
• Quality & Safety: Enforce strict adherence to HSE protocols and electrical codes (IEC/NEC) to ensure system reliability and team safety.

Requirements

• Education: DAE or Bachelor’s in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
• Experience: 3–5 years in solar project execution or O&M.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in DC/AC wiring, solar troubleshooting, and use of testing tools (Multimeters, Earth Testers).
• Competencies: Strong leadership, ability to work in outdoor environments, and project reporting skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs56,000.00 per month
