Supervisor Field Operations Lahore

· Conduct daily pre-shift and post-shift inspections of assigned sites to ensure signage, screens, handheld equipment, cabins, and all gadgets are clean, functional, and in order

· Report any equipment malfunctions, maintenance emergencies, or safety hazards immediately to the Field Manager

· Ensure all sites under supervision adhere to safety standards and local parking regulations

· Open and close parking facilities according to schedule

· Supervise parking martials, cabin operators, drivers, and other frontline staff across assigned locations

· Ensure 100% adherence to company policies regarding uniforms, attendance, and code of conduct

· Enforce grooming and discipline in all staff members on site, reporting violations to the Field Manager

· Assist the Field Manager in onboarding and training new staff members

· Coordinate daily staff attendance, breaks, and rotation between locations as directed by the Field Manager

· Serve as the first point of contact for on-site customer complaints, disputes, and requests; resolve issues professionally and empathetically

· Escalate unresolved or complex complaints to the Field Manager promptly

· Monitor daily revenue collection across assigned sites

· Enforce proper cash handling procedures among cabin operators and cashiers

· Identify, rectify, and immediately report any suspected financial leakages in the collection system to the Field Manager

· Prepare and verify daily bank deposit summaries before handover to the Field Manager

· Conduct daily shift briefings with frontline staff to communicate goals and provide feedback

· Attend regular team meetings led by the Field Manager

· Provide daily written reports on site conditions, staff issues, customer complaints and revenue summaries

Skills Required:

  • Supervision: Ability to direct and hold a blue-collar team accountable for attendance, uniform, grooming, and performance.
  • Customer Handling: Capability to resolve on-site customer conflicts with empathy and professionalism.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to make quick, practical decisions during equipment failures or disputes before escalating.
  • Communication: Clear verbal instructions and basic written reports for the Field Manager.

Basic Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum Intermediate degree
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in parking, security, facility management or a similar blue-collar supervisory role

Other Requirements:

  • Valid drivers license and reliable personal vehicle for travel between sites
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and stand/walk for extended periods

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
