• Job Location: Client Sites all over UAE, including travel between all emirates of UAE.
• Office Location: Ras Al Khor, Dubai

Job Description:

• The ideal candidate should have a thorough knowledge of the installation and maintenance of IT systems.
• The candidate is responsible for building, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining IT systems per the client's requirements.
• The candidate should be able to provide technical support to clients via site visits, phone, or remote access.
• The candidate should be able to work with the rest of the team for timely delivery projects and the best results.

Skills and Requirements:

• Minimum 3-4 years of IT systems-related work experience in UAE
• Strong knowledge in Firewall and VPN, Sonicwall/Fortigate/Sophos, Switches Cisco/HP, Vmware, HyperV, and Microsoft 365
• Knowledge about Windows Server Administration
• Knowledge about Computer Hardware and Networking
• Customer service oriented
• Strong written, verbal, and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work in a complex networking environment
• UAE Driving License is an advantage (Not Mandatory)
• ELV systems experience is an advantage (Not Mandatory)
• Education. : Bachelor’s Degree

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
