Field Support Engineer – UAV Systems

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Field Support Engineer – UAV Systems to join our team. This role involves installing, commissioning, and supporting UAV products at client sites, ensuring optimal functionality, safety, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, field experience, and the ability to operate unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) for mission-critical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and commission products at client sites, ensuring proper functionality and adherence to technical specifications.
• Provide timely and effective technical support to clients, both on-site and remotely.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, collaborating with the technical team to implement fixes.
• Conduct training sessions for clients on product usage and maintenance.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for installed systems.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, reports, and client communication.
• Operate and pilot UAVs to execute assigned missions safely and efficiently.
• Conduct pre-flight checks, monitor flight parameters, and ensure compliance with aviation regulations.
• Develop and implement flight plans to achieve mission objectives.
• Collect and ensure the integrity of data for analysis and reporting purposes.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with flight operations.
• Provide real-time updates on mission progress and collaborate with project teams to meet objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Aeronautical Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Field Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong technical skills in UAV operation, maintenance, and servicing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
• Knowledge of UAV systems, equipment, and associated technologies.
• Understanding of aviation regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and safety.
• Ability to adapt to changing mission requirements and environmental conditions.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹35,285.64 per month
