Field Support Technician

CHR Creative is an integrated information and technology management company. We are a leading local IT-managed service and network security provider seeking to add a skilled, personable individual to our staff. Our client support and project teams have grown, and we need to add another team member to focus on the design, development, production, and operation of high-performance, cost-effective information systems.

We support a wide variety of clients and their technical needs and need someone to help us make sure they are receiving the best service we can provide. We also need to ensure that our clients get the results they need promptly and effectively.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN THIS POSITION?

  • A great aptitude for client service, friendly, enjoyable to be around, reliable, detail-oriented, and excited to be in the industry.
  • Experience deploying & supporting Microsoft Windows Workstations
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, endpoint protection solutions, backup solutions, ADDS, DNS, DHCP
  • Experience deploying and supporting wireless technologies
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills with IT and related hardware and software components (PCs, laptops, switches, routers, hard drives, Windows operating systems, etc.).
  • Broad technical knowledge and a desire to grow and share your knowledge and experience in the technical field.
  • A valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING HERE?

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, or support tickets.
  • Travel to client sites, providing technical support and guidance to end users, including diagnosing end-user issues, network, and workstation problems.
  • Keep clients informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or updates.
  • Occasionally provide remote assistance for higher-level support teams for some project deployment needs.
  • Remain flexible and adaptable with scheduling, as priorities may change during a shift.
  • Other relevant job duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
