BRALO, is a multinational industrial sector company that needs to incorporate new member to its sales team in Turkey. The successful candidate will be responsible to establish relations with existing customers and proactively search new customers, contributing to the growth of the company.
MAIN FUNCTIONS:

Manage customer inquiries
that require commercial support. Assist and provide technical advice and suggest solutions.

Relationship management with existing customers
: this will include sending offers, provide lead times and coordinate delivery of customer orders.

Attract and acquires new customers
in the industrial and automotive sectors through direct in-person sales and marketing activities that will be backed up by a strong centralized team.

Develop new sales
based on a challenger mindset commercial approach, by exploring new customers and applications, understanding customers´ manufacturing needs, pain points and constrains, proposing alternative solutions and identifying customers´ value drivers.

Plan key actions
(i.e. meetings) in advance, define clear targets to achieve, track, gather and consolidate customer ownership and market intelligence.

Negotiate and close sales contracts
and orders by agreeing the terms and conditions between the company and its customers.

Record and maintain key customer data.

Active participation in trade fairs
, in which the company participates as an exhibitor or a visitor.

Offer after-sales support services and assist customers
with application issues or claims.

Support in the design of custom-made products
- especially vital for the automotive industry.

Preparation of commercial offers and support sales process with On-Site technical demos at customer.

Track customer Purchase Orders
along full process: from Order to Cash.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Technical training/education, Sales or Marketing.
-
Minimum of 6 years of sales experience in account management.

Experience preferable within the fasteners sector.
-
Experience in negotiation with Central and Purchase Groups.

Full availability to make trips frequently including, if needed, overnight stays away from home.

Upper-intermediate level of English or Spanish.

Experience in the automotive sector is a plus.
