Role Purpose
To create a clear, scalable training and certification system that supports onboarding, education, product knowledge, and adoption across DBG USA.
Position Summary
Leads DBG USA training and education across all pillars by aligning Dr. Brown’s program with NTTI, managing class scheduling, supporting DBI education, incorporating DBL product training, and building the Certified TricoExam Professional (CTEP) pathway.
Core Responsibilities
- Merge Dr. Brown’s program with the NTTI program
- Build and manage the training calendar and class schedule
- Support and coordinate DBI education programs and class delivery
- Incorporate DBL product education and training into onboarding and curriculum
- Create and manage the CTEP program
- Define Phase 1 CTEP scope, requirements, and training path
- Develop or manage:
- onboarding content
- certification materials
- exam structure
- continuing education framework
- training videos
- Support customer onboarding and education delivery
- Coordinate with instructors, trichology mentors, and leadership
- Ensure launch-ready training content is in place across TricoExam, DBI, DBL, and Bermuda referral support

Preferred Qualifications
- At least 5 years' experience in training, education, certification, or program management
- Background in trichology, beauty education, product education, or related professional training
- Strong organization, scheduling, and cross-functional coordination skills
- Ability to build practical training systems in a growth-stage environment
