FIFA Event Drivers for Monitoring Vehicles

Join ECCO Gulf Majorel Qatar as a FIFA Event Driver for Monitoring Vehicles, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of transportation services during the prestigious FIFA events in Doha, Qatar. This temporary position offers a unique opportunity to be part of an international event, working in rotational shifts to meet the dynamic needs of the event schedule.

• o The Driver must be licensed and permitted to drive nationwide in the State of Qatar.

  o The driver will be driving light truck / heavy van. Experience with driving long vehicles is a must.

  o Service for a driver must be provided for a maximum of 45 hours/ week, five days per week.

  o Drivers must be available for shifting schedules of either 7AM-3PM, 8AM-5PM or 2PM-10PM as may be required.

  o The requirement is for the FIFA Event; therefore, the drivers must be available on Fridays, Saturdays and holidays as may be required on game days.

  o Vendor or driver’s sponsor must provide a No Objection Letter which may be required for acquiring passes and access to restricted areas of the FIFA event.

  o The driver must have in-depth knowledge and operation of map apps like Google Map, Google Earth, Waze, etc.

  o The driver must be physically fit to manually carry equipment for transport, delivery and set up at work sites such as stadiums, building rooftops, and other remote locations.

  o The bidding vendor must submit CV’s of candidate drivers indicating work experiences related to the requirement for CRA’s review.

  o It is CRA’s sole discretion to select the vendor with qualified drivers.

• Valid driving license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in a similar role or environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Proficiency in basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
