Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Figma Designer to restructure and redesign our existing website. The ideal candidate will have strong UI/UX expertise and experience transforming technical service-based websites into visually appealing, user-friendly, and conversion-optimized interfaces.

Experience:- 3-5 years of experience in relevant fields.

Location:- Remote(Anywhere from India)

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze the current website structure and propose improvements in design and layout.
• Redesign the website pages in Figma, ensuring visual consistency and modern aesthetics.
• Work closely with the marketing and development teams to align the design with business goals.
• Ensure responsive design principles for desktop and mobile.
• Optimize user journey and improve overall UX flow.
• Deliver pixel-perfect Figma files ready for development.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2–5 years of proven experience as a UI/UX or Figma Designer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing website redesign or restructuring projects.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
• Understanding of modern web design trends, usability, and accessibility principles.
• Experience collaborating with developers and marketing teams.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Bonus Skills :

• Experience designing for cybersecurity or B2B SaaS websites.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
• Motion or interaction design knowledge.
