We’re Hiring: Figma Designer (UI/UX Specialist)

We are looking for a talented Figma Designer to join our team. This is a full-time remote position for someone who has strong experience in designing modern, user-friendly, and conversion-focused interfaces for ecommerce and web applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Create pixel-perfect, high-quality designs using Figma.
• Design ecommerce store layouts, landing pages, mobile-first UI, and brand identity assets.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
• Conduct UX research and create wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
• Ensure all designs are consistent with branding guidelines and optimized for CRO (conversion rate optimization).
• Work closely with marketing and development teams to deliver creative solutions.
• Iterate designs based on feedback and testing results.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with Figma expertise.
• Strong portfolio showcasing ecommerce/web design projects.
• Good understanding of user experience principles, responsive design, and CRO.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and full design systems.
• Knowledge of Shopify or ecommerce design trends is a big plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a remote team.

Job Details

• Job Type: Full-time (Remote)
• Working Hours: 11 AM – 8 PM (Pakistan Standard Time)
• Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday OFF)
• Salary: 30,000 – 40,000 PKR (based on experience)
• Growth Opportunity: Salary and role will grow as you contribute to bigger projects.
