Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized File Clerk to join our dynamic administrative team. In this vital role, you will manage and maintain accurate filing systems, support office operations, and ensure seamless document flow across departments. Duties

  • Organize, file, and retrieve physical and electronic documents with precision and efficiency
  • Maintain accurate records using digital tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and data entry systems like QuickBooks
  • Support front desk operations by greeting visitors, managing multi-line phone systems, and providing exceptional customer service
  • Assist with calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic office management tasks
  • Perform data entry, proofreading, and document verification to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Handle phone etiquette professionally while supporting customer support and client inquiries
  • Support bookkeeping activities and basic office management duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and computer literacy
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is preferred
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills; bilingual abilities are a plus
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry and proofreading tasks
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and front desk responsibilities
  • Previous experience in medical or dental receptionist roles or personal assistant experience is advantageous
  • Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Office experience involving filing, document management, and administrative support

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
