File Clerk/Office Assistant

  • Ensure phone etiquette standards are maintained during all interactions with clients, vendors, and visitors

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and bilingual capabilities preferred
  • Previous experience working in a law office is advantageous but not required
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with effective time management skills
  • Attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records
