Responsible for proper start up and shut down, as per laid Standard Operating Procedures for the Equipment
Operate and maintain other Equipments as a part of Multi-Tasking.
Ensure quality product. Any deviations should be escalated to production team leader.
Follow all safety requirements when performing work.
Responsible to ensure minimal unplanned stops.
Correctly fill out all documents related operating parameters and downtimes.
Accurately and efficiently perform steps necessary to conduct flavor/package changes and proper shut-downs to minimize down-time wasted resources
Perform best practices in quality checks on line and equipment.
Set up machinery and ensure all production materials are available.
Monitor line for defective materials and perform any other related work in accordance with line quality.
Responsible to clean and sanitize all equipment and facility as required.
Responsible to complete operation checks on equipment.
Responsible to follow all standard operating procedures to operate equipment efficiently.
Coordinates with Quality Assurance department to maintain high quality standards on all raw and finished goods.
Take part in Pepsi International (PI) governed audits.
Performs other duties as assigned.
To be a part of Continuous Improvement plans like TPM, M&W (Manufacturing & Warehouse) etc., while being rolled out.
